Information for Landlords
As a Landlord ourselves we are qualified in the plumbing and electrical trades with an extensive team of experienced tradesmen we can call upon who cover all aspects of property maintenance.
This means we are a business that understands the needs of both Tenants and Landlords.
WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING PACKAGES:
A Landlord Led Package £125
This caters for the more “hands-on” landlord who wants to take charge of their own viewings and meeting potential tenants. For a one-off upfront fee of £125, Bizzi Bee will upload your property description, EPC Report and photographs to Zoopla and display a Lettings Board at the property. Enquiries for your property will be sent directly to you to enable you to manage your own viewings and tenant selection.
Once you have selected your tenant(s) we will handle the Tenancy Application dealing directly with your potential tenants. Please note fee’s for Tenancy Applications are the responsibility of your potential tenant(s).
For an additional £50 we can provide you with a Tenancy Agreement. There are no hidden administration charges!
Our Agent Led Package £299
The agent led package means that Bizzi Bee handle every aspect of marketing your property. We will:
Photograph and write the property specification for
Zoopla and upload.
Display a Lettings board at the property.
Handle/vet incoming enquiries.
Meet potential tenants and run viewings at the property.
Secure your tenant(s) and handle the Tenancy Application.
Provide your Tenancy Agreement (Managed properties only, £50 for unmanaged)
Notify the relevant services of occupation such as Council Tax, United Utilities etc.
Manage any notice and exit from your property.
We also offer a discount to all our landlords who relist their vacant properties with us for the discounted
rate of £225 as opposed to the full £299 fee
In Addition we offer
Our Managed Service. For a monthly management fee (deducted from rent) we can collect your initial deposit (deposit’s are held in the DPS Scheme) and monthly rent inspecting your property and renewing the tenancy agreement every six months.
Organise and manage an annual Gas Safety Check at the property and boiler service if you wish.
We will be your tenants point of contact in case of any problems or emergencies. This is a 24/7 service. We are not bound by office hours.
Organise repairs and maintenance at your property. We can provide plumbing and electrical work from within our own in-house team and have a dedicated team of experienced local tradesmen we can call upon who cover all aspect of property maintenance.
Fees for our maintenance service vary and are dependent on age, size and location of your property.
We offer our managed service to landlords who already have a sitting tenant and to our own customers who use our Landlord Led package to select tenants but who do not want to manage the property themselves.
